Lyndon Try a Major Day

Try a Major Day welcomes all students with interest and is especially exciting for high school sophomores and juniors. This popular event gives students a chance to experience, first-hand, programs leading to careers and pathways in many exciting fields.

Join us to learn more about Vermont State University. Try a Major Day is designed to let you experience many programs that Vermont State University has to offer. We're excited to introduce you to our expert faculty and awesome current students.

Schedule: Please register for this event only if you can stay until at least noon. Please select "No, I do not plan to eat lunch in the dining hall" if you need to leave prior to 12:30 p.m. 

Please Note: While we do our best to keep students from the same school in the same lunch group, we cannot guarantee group placement, as each student's academic breakout session determines lunch times. Additionally, program adjustments based on student preferences or requests may not be possible due to classroom capacity limits. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility as we work to provide the best possible experience for all participants.
